Summary: Curtains too thin to block any light so the pool lights keep the bedroom lit up all night, bring an eye mask if you want to sleep. AC in the room is extremely loud with no option to reduce the fan unless you turn the whole thing off, so bring ear plugs too. Staff at the bagel bar lost my order despite me being the only customer there and said nothing while I sat there waiting 30 minutes for a single bagel. Staff didn’t seem very welcoming or bothered about us. Other than that the hotel is nice and clean but not luxury. The pool is a highlight - very nice and tranquil, and the burger on the poolside menu was delicious.

Summary: Of all the hotels we selected the Rosedon for its charm, history and walking distance to the ferry and things to do in the area. It looks exactly as the photos. Our room was adorable…comfy beds, stocked fridge and bar. After a day of sight seeing it was wonderful to return to the Rosedon for cocktails and a dip in the pool. We enjoyed delicious bagels and iced coffee every morning (although a formal breakfast is an option on the front porch of the main house). Highly recommend Clarabell’s for THE BEST brick oven pizza. Pro tip: make reservations early especially for a weekend - this place is packed! Gluten free option is available.

Summary: My husband, son and I had a delightful stay at the Rosedon. The staff were very courteous and the rooms were very comfortable. We spent a good amount of time by the pool which was relaxing and the pool staff were attentive. We will be back!

Summary: Stylish sanctuary in Hamilton. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great garden around the pool. Rooms were clean but it could use a little more attention. The only drawback is there is no lobby or lounge area with AC so if you're just waiting there for more than an hour will be a bit inconvenient and hot. It would be better if they think of allocating a small lounge area with AC for guests while they are waiting. Otherwise a great hotel. Would definitely book again!

Summary: The staff (particularly Zuri) are excellent. It was a shame there aren't private balconies, and rooms can be seen into in the evening (with light on). There are only a few parking spaces. The restaurants have delicious food.

Summary: I just got home from this wonderful property and I miss it already. The staff was all around great. From the reception staff to the barista to the staff at clarabellas and the pool staff they were all wonderful. Housekeeping was wonderful too. I can’t say enough how welcoming everyone was. The room was clean and so cute. I want to find all the appliances and get them for my home. I will definitely be back to Bermuda and stay there!
